My weight loss!!!!

Hello,

  It has been awhile since I have written anything on here. Let me see in October I am off to Hawaii for 2 weeks:-) So I was wondering does anyone know a good exercise/diet plan I can follow? I have been on this roller coaster of a diet for a whole month now!!!! I use to be good at eating healthy no sugar,pasta,bread.You know then life took over and wham! I need to loss at least 30lbs.I need a diet that is easy to follow and some easy healthy recipes to go along with it. I am at my heaviest ever 177 lbs!!! Yikes! So I really need this.I am also 30 yrs old so my metabolism isn't what it use to be.
